Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, creative treatments, proposals, strategies, scripts, designs, production plans, and pre-production materials remain the intellectual property of Riptide Creative until full payment has been received.
Upon completion of a project and receipt of all outstanding payments, ownership rights to approved final deliverables may transfer to the client as outlined in the applicable project agreement.
Clients represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any materials provided to Riptide Creative.

Clients assume responsibility for any claims arising from materials supplied by them.
Fees, payment schedules, deposits, and project costs will be outlined in individual project agreements or invoices.
Failure to make payments within agreed timelines may result in:
Projects may include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement.
Additional revisions, scope changes, or new deliverables requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Client approval of deliverables constitutes acceptance of the work provided.
Certain projects may require third-party services, software, stock assets, music licensing, talent, locations, equipment rentals, or other external resources.
Associated costs may be billed separately unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Riptide Creative is not responsible for changes, restrictions, outages, or licensing modifications imposed by third-party providers.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Riptide Creative reserves the right to display completed projects, production stills, behind-the-scenes content, and related materials for promotional, marketing, portfolio, educational, and business development purposes.
Clients requiring confidentiality restrictions should communicate such requirements before project commencement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riptide Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
